App Submission

When attempting Binary Submission & Validation of my App's Archive I keep getting a strange error when attaching a Provisioning Profile along with the Application. Here is what it looks like Link To Image

If anyone knows how to solve this, or a good tutorial staring from the beginning to end of the submission cycle that would be the best, I have followed most answers and blogs through a light browsing of Google but I have had no luck!
