Apple Developer Enrollment Questions

I have a few questions actually; I recently enrolled in the Apple Developer Program. (iOS Individual)

  1. I want to know if there is anything you HAVE TO HAVE legally.
  2. how long does it usually take to verify your identity?
  3. is it pain-stakingly difficult to get your account activated?

I received my activation code, but when i click it, it takes me to a page saying, "We are unable to activate your Apple Developer Program membership" It also says, "We have received your purchase information and will email you shortly to verify additional details".

Thank you for responding and helping. It is MUCH appreciated.

Hi Garrett Reid !

Sorry to hear that you are having trouble with the Apple Developer Program. My previous experience with this is that it only takes minutes to buy (via Credit Card) and activate an account.

You wrote "We have received your purchase information and will email you shortly to verify additional details". If you don't get this email within a few hours I would recommend contacting Apple support regarding this issue.

Also iTunes Connect has been offline for quite a while - maybe they are having some bigger problems... http://arstechnica.com/apple/2015/01/itunes-connect-bug-logs-developers-into-other-developers-accounts-at-random/

Got it figured out! Was a identity problem with my credit card. Contacted them, got it fixed up quick. Thank you for helping!
