Good morning wen jie lee,

I often use this jQuery plugin: http://pixelcog.github.io/parallax.js/

You can however do it in pure CSS, to take some weight off the browser, however it doesn't work on mobiles. Take a quick look here: http://callmenick.com/post/simple-parallax-scrolling-effect

This makes use of fixed background images, which will give you the desired effect, but won't work on mobile. On mobile, using media queries you'll need to change it to suit your needs.

Kind regards, Ash

That's ROCK! Big thanks to you Ash Scott for the reply.

Best regards, Wen Jie
