I just thought about trying out App.net I mean $5 is not an issue to try it if it has great conversation and threads, right?
The place seems dead. Is anyone else using it? I'm at https://alpha.app.net/sulcalibur if anyone is on there. I'll try it out and see how it goes for the month and I'll let you know in 30 days :)

Treehouse TeacherNot to sound too much like a Google/Android fanboy, but Google+ is thriving. The new Communities feature is awesome, and as @Paul mentioned, following the right people is key.

I actually really REALLY like Google+ I was more of thinking G+ instead of Facebook and App.net instead of Twitter or maybe I'm thinking to hard about this all :/
