Yes, they are all subscription based now. However, they have a variety of subscription types such as yearly vs monthly and different packages of products.

They also offer a free trial if you are unsure.

For all the current versions of the major software items, yes.

The last version you could purchase is CS6. There are CS6 software packages still available to purchase from re-sellers, but no longer directly from Adobe.
