Are the project files linked incorrectly?

I unzip the project "2.2" files from Lesson Download and open the files from "start" file in Sublime. I have done the same exact process for all past lessons. This time, the "style.css" file does not match the one Guil begins the lesson with. But, if using the "final" stylesheet, it is the correct one.

Spent quite a bit of time trying to figure that out so figured I'd save someone else the headache. Am I just not seeing what I 'm doing wrong?

I know its an older question but comparing the start and finished css files the difference outside of the code we'd add, appears to be the comment of "Main Layout Styles" in the start version and in the final version it is as the video shows, "Header, Banner and Footer Layout."

Yeah same issue here. "start" css = "final" css
