Are there any differences or advantages in using bootstrap from flexboxes or vice versa?

I know bootstrap is supposed to be a mobile friendly version and does all the work for you but if flexbox is able to do the same, does it make it better, worse or equal? Just curious

bootstrap is a full library of css tools you can use to style your page. if all you need is the position a few elements then flex-box may be all you need. bottstrap comes in when you want a group of tools to layout a fairly complicated page
