Are there any lessons specifically teaching Storyboarding techniques in Xcode?

I am wondering if there are any tracks that deal heavily with the Storyboarding aspect of Using Xcode. As a designer I want to learn this quickly to prototype my ideas until I master Swift! anyone know?

I don't think there are, but if you haven't done the Objective-C track it might be more in depth. The build a simple iPhone app course is wear it would start, but do the Objective-C basics course so you understand what Amit is saying.
