Would I be able to program something like open safari at a certain time and search something. Simple things like that.... (I'm on Mac OSX 10.9.1)

6,624 PointsPersonally I would do something like this with Applescript (presuming your on Mac). Have a look into Apple script and do some research and you will find this to be very simple to make.

20,822 PointsCheck out the Automator application on your mac - it lets you put together related tasks. The Automator Help menu has examples and tutorials to get your started.
