1,475 PointsAre we moving towards smart devices?
In my society where I live in a small town, I noticed most people started to ignore laptops and computers in general. They use them just for work. But, the use their mobiles, tablets for downloading apps, etc. The question is: are people in your city/country follow the same thing? don't you feel that laptops are becoming to be just for work stuff ( word, excell, etc) but the huge time is spent in smart devices?

5,536 Pointsthe biggest growth markets are now outside of the US though in china, india etc. Hence we will probably see much more lower priced smart phone models coming out as the infrastructure grows in these areas offering the chance to more and more people to become "connected".
I also think in the future (near future) peoples main "computer" will be their phone and it will have to ability to wirelessly connect to a larger monitor and a keyboard when in the house / work etc , but be completely portable. Currently many have a home pc, a laptop a tablet and a smartphone (i have several of each!) so they must surely converge at some point.
