Understanding your questions is hard because of the lack of punctuation, correct capitalization, spelling, and formatting.

So you want to be an android developer but don't even own an android phone or tablet yet? I can only assume that you don't own an iPhone either or you'd probably be interested in iOS development instead. I don't want to burst your bubble, but the vast majority of apps make very little money. You'll probably want a smartphone and tablet so you can test on both to make sure the apps work well at different screen sizes and resolutions.

If you want to be a freelancer, you'll need to greatly improve your communication skills because there is no way anyone is going to hire you to code anything if you can't present yourself coherently at least.
