At frame 5:45 of the video why is the last value in the array "Black Cherry"

I'm sure I'm missing something very silly here but the last thing she does in the video is sort the values in alphabetical order. Why then is Black Cherry at the bottom? Surely it should be at the top?

I think it might just be that her console wasn’t pulled up high enough to show the most recent output.
