First task: First you need to add src to the img tag. So it says:

<img src="images/spain.jpg" alt="A picture of me in Spain">

Which it seems that you've done.

Second task is add the text inside <p>-tags. Such as:

<img src="images/spain.jpg" alt="A picture of me in Spain">
<p>Here is a picture of me in Spain last summer!</p>

And the last one is to set the anchor tag to the top of list. You do this with linking to "#". So the full code should be:

<img src="images/spain.jpg" alt="A picture of me in Spain">
<p>Here is a picture of me in Spain last summer!</p>
<a href="#">Go back to the top of the page.</a>

Hope this helps, if not ask again :).
