Audio Mixer Interface, How to build?

i want to build an Audio Mixer Fader web Interface. Basically it would look like an Audio Mixer Board and be able to control the volume with the mixer fader kinda like a real hardware mixer. What technology would I need to learn to be able to build this and make it function? I know I would need to make the graphics on photoshop or illustrator but i would like to know what code i would need to learn for building the functionality. Thanks!

Processing is a good way to achieve this, check it out, I made a step sequencer using it and I also implemented volume faders for each step. The same principle I think! https://www.processing.org/
