AVD

When I go to my virtual device manager i don't have an AVD and This is the error in red text in the console I get when I try to manually create my AVD

[2013-06-21 19:36:35 - SDK Manager] Error: Target location is not inside the SDK. [2013-06-21 19:36:35 - SDK Manager] Failed to set image path properties in the AVD folder.

Any idea what I should do to fix this? Thank you!
