Babel Installation Instructions Need to Be Updated in the Lesson

I got error messages trying to run the build until I followed these instructions from the Babel website:

Ready to get started? Install the Babel CLI and a preset

npm install --save-dev babel-cli babel-preset-env

Create a .babelrc file (or use your package.json)
