HTML How to Make a Website Responsive Web Design and Testing Adding Breakpoints for Devices

Background color not changing

Here's my snapshot. I think all of my code is correct. Please help.

Hi Sean

Your responsive.css is at the wrong location. In your HTML you refer it to "css/responsive.css", but actually the file is on the same level as the HTML document. So moving it to the css folder should fix this problem.
