CSS Bootstrap 4 Basics (Retired) Building Forms with Bootstrap Custom CSS

background image for jumbotron

The entire image won't fit the jumbotron.

How to make the image fluid inside jumbotron? (because I set the background image using CSS)

One thing you can try is setting the background-size property to the value of "cover". Also adding the background-repeat property to "no-repeat" so your image will only show once... Hope this helps!

In addition to what Brian said, you'll want to specify the height in most cases.
