Background scrolling at different speed

Hey! please look open the link I have attached below and scroll it down-

when you scroll notice how the background image scrolls as well but with a different speed than the rest of the viewport elements. I would like to know how to do that! Kindly take your valuable time to help me

It cannot be done in pure CSS, you're going to need JavaScript for that. You could use a Parallax.js jQuery plugin, for example. It's actually very easy and doesn't require much programming knowledge.
