Background-image does not show

Hi, during the stage 7 - adding pages to a website I tried to reproduce your icon placing before the contact details using the background-image attribute. I did everything that you did but still the icons do not show up.

I am using eclipse and Apache tomcat and all the images are jpg files. Can you help me?
