Bash in VS Code / REACTJS

I noticed in this video you have the command line application bash in vs code, is this an extension? Or built into vs code by default? I use command prompt separately in windows but would like to use the one built into vs code.

Vscode has an integrated terminal that you can use to switch profiles, e.g. powershell and bash. Follow the instructions in this links best answer here to set it up for bash
