best learning approach(deep dive first or project first?)

Which one should I watch 1st for best learning outcome? Is it to watch the deep dive then go for a project or just completing the project 1st then go for deep dive.I am new to this website

When I was learning ios I went to the project first and then the deep dives. To me, the project gave a good big picture of the basics.

Thanks..I also completed the building a simple website 1st then started learning html.

I prefer doing the deep dives first and then the projects. It kind of ties everything together at the end, and shows the big picture, but I guess it's up to individual preference. :-)

I do the deep dives first and then projects but its recommended to do it the other way around by treehouse team I think? Either way works though, do whichever way you enjoy the best :)

Get on the learning adventures. They take you through everything in a really nice manner.

I would follow one of the learning adventures.

I'm like Andrew. I prefer to get the basics and theory down in a Deep Dive, then apply it with a Project. But see which one catches your interest and go with that.
