Best place to host a portfolio?

Does anyone have any suggestions regarding the best/cheapest place that I would be able to host a portfolio for programming/web dev?

If you are just looking for hosting I have used http://www.one.com/ for years and I am really happy with it. It is cheap compared to many others and it does the job.
