Best programming language for a personal assistant project?

I'm attempting to create a personal assistant like siri/cortanna/google now, but at the moment will only be accessible by typing, however I plan to make it respond to voice input.

I am trying to make it dynamically create answers to any question, like the Viv project that the creators of Siri are working on can.

Of course, I 99% likely wont accomplish this, but I want to try it anyway.

What programming language do you think would be best for this?
