Billing information update??? Where is the billing information updated? Not in any place obvious. #interfacefail

Easy question: Where is the billing information updated?

Hi Colin,

On your Home page, look in the upper right corner. There's a down arrow next to your profile photo. Click on it and it should drop down. Then click on Account settings. Billing and enrollment information should be in there.

Is that what you were looking for?

Thank you Renee. Must be loosing my mind. I have checked each of the options under arrow... Profile Info Enrollment Billing History Group Members Email Notifications Referrals Privacy Settings

and nothing about billing in any of it that I can find...

I have screen-blindness or something!

When I click on Billing History, my page then shows the invoice numbers, dates paid, amounts paid and a PDF copy of my receipt for each payment.

I access it on a Dell laptop using Windows 8.1 and Firefox. Although I know that if I try to log into my treehouse account on my desktop computer that has Vista and IE the pages can get screwy to the point that I can't access all features.

So the problem may be the device you're using to access treehouse, or a technical issue with treehouse right now.

In billing history, I see the same thing - invoices that can be selected.

Still not seeing anywhere to update credit card info.

Okay. I guess I was looking for the wrong information for you.

You're right...it's not there.

I guess the only option is to click on the enrollment page and where it says for more info on your account contact support, click on it and send them a direct message.

But yeah, that is an option that SHOULD be readily available to us.

Also disappeared on my account area - so annoying! Come on Treehouse. I would like to pay to use your services.

Thanks for reaching out! You can update your billing details at any time by logging in, clicking on your avatar located on the upper right hand side of the page, and selecting "Account Settings". From there, click on "Membership" on the right hand side, and you will be presented with your options! Here's a direct link for your convenience: https://teamtreehouse.com/account/billing/edit

I have no Membership option but use this link to update your billing info

Agreed the placement of how to see what your CURRENT billing information is not easy to be found. It should be in Billing History not a little link in Account Settings.
