bin/rake server command isn't working

I ran the "bin/rake server" command after following all the directions, and heres what popped up :

Running via Spring preloader in process 2178 rake aborted! Don't know how to build task 'server' (see --tasks) -e:1:in `<main>' (See full trace by running task with --trace)

Any idea why this occurred?

It should be 'rails server' (or 'bin/rails server' if you wish) not rake.
