Block is overflowing margin - Bootstrap

Hey guys just putting a template together before I implement the backend, anyway my div is overflowing the default bootstrap margin.

Any idea why this might be happening?

Here is an example:

As you can see my first div container is affected by the margin however my second isn't :(

In a wide viewport you will notice that it works fine however the second the viewport is mobile size the margin takes no effect, any ideas why this might be happening?

Have you made any changes to your code since posting this, and/or did you solve your issue? It seemed to resize nicely when I wen to the site
