Hi Ivan, it should be under Form Widgets. Make sure to scroll down in the list of Form Widgets. You should find it there.

Yes I did scroll down but I only have progressbar and not the spinner that its being use in the tutorial.

That sounds like something wrong with the Android tools that plug into Eclipse. I would try updating everything, which you can see between 2:15 and 3:45 in this video: http://teamtreehouse.com/library/build-a-blog-reader-android-app/exploring-the-masterdetail-template/creating-a-project-using-the-masterdetail-template-2
