Hi Any recommended css book for a beginner?

The best book on the subject is probably HTML & CSS - Design & Build Websites (http://htmlandcssbook.com/). There is also Stylin CSS 3rd Ed (http://www.amazon.com/Stylin-CSS-Designers-Edition-Voices/dp/0321858476/ref=pd_cp_b_0) which is a great option. In addition I would also recommend The Principles of Beautiful Web Design (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/098057689X?tag=learn0b5-20)
