Books for JavaScript and PHP

Hi, I am using treehouse as my main learning tool to learn web development, but I enjoy reading, and sometimes throughout my day, it can be easier. Right now I am working on JavaScript and have done some research as to some books to read, and so far I'm led to believe the JavaScript and JQUERY book by Jon Duckett is the "best". I plan to read a few books, and am wondering if anyone had a few recommendations? While I am at it, I'd also like to ask for any recommendations as to books on JQUERY and PHP as well.
