The text alignment link no longer works. Try this: http://v4-alpha.getbootstrap.com/utilities/typography/#text-alignment
Since Guil made the video, some of the coding and documentation has changed.
Text alignment info has moved from components>utilities#text-alignment to utilities>typography#text-alignment

Try the "Get Help" button inside the section titled "Need Help?"
You'll get a modal window which takes you through the steps of creating a question. Quizzes and code challenges should have something similar.

Treehouse Moderator 145,863 PointsHey Alan,
On the Video page, if you scroll down on the bottom right, there should be a "Get Help" button. Click that... follow the prompts, and the question will be attached to that specific video.
Keep Coding!

Full Stack JavaScript Techdegree Graduate 56,501 PointsThanks for that Jason. I thought I did do that the first time, but somehow I must have messed it up. Probably clicking away to check my facts caused some kind of problem.
Anyway, following your directions straight through worked a treat.
Cheers.
