Bootstrap didn't load

Hi I'm trying to setup the bootstrap css files on my test system. I'm using the virtual box. Even though the files are loaded, the bootstrap css files are not included in the webpage output.

How do I get bootstrap css and js to display?

Download Boostrap at http://getbootstrap.com then add the files in your assets folder which is located in app/assets. You need to add

bootstrap.css to stylesheets bootstrap.js to javasrcipt

and all the glyph-icons to your images folder

let me know if you still need help. :)
