I can see online a lot of bootstrap ecommerce templates. Are html, css and bootstrap enough to build-create an eshop (ecommerce template) so that a customer can use paypal or prepaid cards? Or should i learn also php to do this?

The reason I suggested Shopify and WordPress is more inline with security of payment methods, also a little to do with ease for you and your customer.
But if you want to learn the PHP behind it all dive right in!! We are all here to help with any questions you have :)

27,930 PointsHi,
If you are new to e-commerce sites I would suggest looking at either a WordPress based site using WooCommerce or Shopify.
Both of these will aid in the management of products and payments while taking most of the security of payment methods away from you.
Trying learn the level of PHP required for such a project all in one go would be very difficult, if you use the above solutions you will ease your way into how things work gradually.
Hope this helps :)

15,883 Pointswhat if i try first with php to build an eshop? I can see there is a php track "beginning php". Is "beginning php" track enough to do this or do i have to learn definitely "intermediate php" track? I was thinking to build an eshop after i learn the "beginning php" track and if i can not manage this then do it with woocommerce. What do you think? But i want my customer to have the opportunity to use prepaid cards and paypal. Can i do this in both cases?
