Bootstrap simple form confusion

Hi there,

Ive read a few posts on here about the lack of computability between BS3 and simple_form I read on simple_forms blog that this will be fixed in the next month or so with an update however I think they are dropping rails 3 compatability so there will be that problem unless I go to rails 4...

Anyway, my question is.

I have been following the treebook application tutorials and cannot get the horizontal form to work for me. Has anyone found a reliable way to solve this?

my real confusion is with the "partial" functionality I can get from simple form, for example the following

<%= f.input :content %>

will be read and show a content field however the classes will not be read to show as a horizontal form.

please help!

I noticed the same thing with the horizontal form class. Didn't find a solution yet.
