Bootstrap to Wordpress course

I am doing the Bootstrap to Wordpress course. We activate the Bootstrap Shortcodes plugin and use it to create a button. On Zac's video he has three rows of icons on his panel and I only have the top row and no way to create the button using the plugin. Instead of using the plugin, can I just rewrite the html and duplicate what he is doing?

Always check the project files in the download part of video lessons provided it's the norm of what many tend to miss out from the given video lesson provided. If there is none I would do as what you've suggested.

I'm doing the same course not on the same step as you but have seen a few download files to a few video lesson, so far.

I have the download files but he makes some edits in the admin panel using the plugin, instead of editing the code. The plugin isn't showing up properly in the admin panel even though it's activated. I am just going to skip the parts where I can't follow exactly for now.
