Bootstrap Walker Nav for WordPress Dropdown Issue on Nav Collapse

Hi guys

I'm having trouble making the dropdown work when the menu has collapsed for smaller screen sizes. Though it does work for larger screen sizes when the menu is able to display the full navigation menu (not collapsed). Has anyone encountered this and fixed it?
