Border color won't turn green

I did the right code(hopefully)but the border-color code won't turn green!

a {
text-decoration: none;
}

#wrapper {
  max-width: 940px;
  margin: 0 auto;
  padding: 0 5%;
}

#logo {
  text-align: center;
  margin: 0;
}

a {
  color: #6a}b47b;
}

header {
  background: #6a}b47b;
  border-color: #599a68;
}

h1, h2 {
  color: #fff;
}

nav {
  background: #599a68
}

nav a, nav a:visited {
  color: #fff;
}

Looks like you've got a closing curly brace in the middle of two of your color declarations. See below.

a {
  color: #6a}b47b; /* see the } character in the hex value? */
}

header {
    background: #6a}b47b; /* see the } character in the hex value? */
    border-color: #599a68;
}

Try removing those and see if you're able to pass the task.

Can you link to the challenge that you're on? That will help to debug.

Please post your html with your CSS to help you better.

Also you may want to give the header a height and width, unless you are just trying to border some text with a pre-defined text size.
