border-radius: is not rounding the corners

Hello! I am trying to make my profile image into a circle with border-radius: 100% but nothing happens. I am currently using Chrome but also have tried it in Firefox. Hopefully a second set of eyes can spy whats wrong. Thanks in advance!

it may be because you're using two colons on the border-radius property?
