brain feels so confuse

after just completing the JavaScript basic course, the final 2-3 task with the challenges made me so confuse.

I could understand the solution when he gave it but when the challenges were ask to do I was so confuse and didn't know where to start.

now I'm going into the next course with arrays hopefully my confusion doesn't destroy me trying to learn the next courses.
