Courses Plus Student 944 PointsBringing Smells Like Bakin' Live
Hi All,
I've done the Smells Like Bakin' challenge, I've followed every instruction along with the videos tutorials. On my local host—aka my computer—the website looks great and flawless just as on the example. Despite all my efforts to bring the site close to perfection, I failed when I brought it to live to a sub-domain under my shared hosting account with Media Temple. Has anyone ran into the same problem? If yes, how did you fix the issue? My CSS or my styling got messed up when I transfered files over from local host to my FTP.
site can be seen at: dev.pedrofreiregd.com
Thanks ya'll!

39,199 Points@Pedro, Guil is spot on if you view the source on your page you see that normalize.css & grid.css are linked but when you try to view those stylesheets they are blank. Definitely a permissions issue, you can change them via your FTP client.
Here's a tutorial on how to change permission using Filezilla http://tutorials.ausweb.com.au/web-hosting/ftp-video-tutorials/filezilla-ftp-managing-files-and-permissions.html

Treehouse TeacherHey Pedro,
There appears to be permissions issues on 'css/normalize.css' and 'css/grid.css'. Make sure the permission settings are the same as 'style.css' because that one seems to be loading just fine.
