Yeah this link needs to be removed. IBM discontinued their swift Sandbox in January of 2018

The link is still broken 4 months after the question was asked. I'm on my 7-day free trial, is this an example of how TeamTreeHouse.com supports their courses?

No usually there is always a lot of support.

I guess since this is the first page of the course and Bernie brought up the issue 4 months ago, it leaves a bad initial impression as to course maintenance. Swift and iOS have changed so rapidly, it is important that the course keeps up.

I send Pasan Premaratne an email. Usually things like this get fixed quickly.

Ah sorry folks, totally dropped the ball on this one. I removed the link, or thought I removed it, but it was for an older version of the course. To johnnyq's comment as well, we're currently working on updates to all Swift courses for Swift 5, so you should see changes roll out within the next few months

Great, thanks so much for the update, Pasan!

Pasan Premaratne Is there any eta on when the first Swift 5 course(s) will be ready?

@box the material has been re-written. I've been waiting on Xcode 10.2 to be released so I could get to recording. Should start rolling out within a few weeks
