Browserstack shows that the site correctly aligns into two columns on mobile, but on my actual mobile device, no good

As the title says, on my mobile the regular, non-adjusted-for-small-size version of my website is shown.

I'm Prasun from BrowserStack. Allow me to address your question. We provide physical mobile devices for testing, hosted in our data centers. The results of your tests will be same as those performed on local devices, provided the browser-os versions are the same.
