Bubbling

Does this mean that it will be bubbling from li to div or from li all the way up to the document?

Bubbling will go all the way up unless it is intercepted.

In this video does intercepted mean the mouseover event being handled by the event listener on the div? So that event doesn’t reach the body or document elements?
