Buffering problem

How I can reduce buffering problem also I have not chosen the package on which i can download the video

Hi Rushabha,

Sorry to hear about this! First, I recommend using your browser's private viewing window (e.g. Chrome incognito window) to view a video. If the playback improves, it's likely a plugin or extension creating issues that will need to be disabled. Next, please try to access the video from a different network. This can help rule out network issues if the video continues to play back slowly on a different network. Finally, clear your browser's cookies and cache and reboot the device.
