How to import contacts from phone's contact list and use Parse for storing users contact list? I would really appreciate you feed back.

There's a good tutorial for retrieving contact data: http://developer.android.com/training/contacts-provider/index.html

Once you have that, you could store it on Parse any way you like. You could create a custom "Contact" class and add all the fields you retrieve from the Android Contacts Provider, for example.
