Building Commercial Website

Hi! I would like to learn how to make commercial web site (original e-book [PDF] and online education video to teach ENGLISH lesson for oversea students, selling by contents by using Paypal credit function) on my own. Are there any VIDEOs or tips to learn how to make this kind of website?

I would like to know specific field to study for recommendation, besides HTML and CSS.
