You have several choices of language to do it in here. But since you posted this to the JavaScript topic group, I'm guessing that's the language you'd like to build a site in?

In that case you might enjoy Build a Simple Dynamic Site with Node.js. But if you're not already familiar with JavaScript, you might want to start with Beginner JavaScript.
