What do you mean it won't let you? I am able to change the names of files by right clicking the file and pressing "rename"

Yes I clicked the right and then pressed rename but it wont' allow me to rename the file. It keeps on highlighting the public class SongBook for some reason though

Try closing and re-opening the workspace. You could also try maximizing the window for the workspace.
