Hello, I am trying to update my payment method multiple times. However the system is not accepting my debit card. It gives me an error like "Bummer! It looks like you're having problems submitting your payment information. Please contact the support team for assistance" I need your support to help me to resolve this question, since I want to proceed my learning ASAP.

Had the same issue, I contacted the support team. You;ll need to make payments using paypal. If paypal does not work contact them for other payment options.
