im not sure what im missing or if i added something to the mix that shouldnt have been?

I can see you have an issue with your html where you've put class- instead of class=

The error is within your header > nav > ul

shown here:

You've also got wrong file format here for image within your html under #wrapper > #gallery

be sure to replace .pdn with the correct file extension ( .jpg .png .gif )
